Veterinary Technician

Kristen knew from the time she was 5 years old that she would always love animals. She grew up in the small town of Versailles, KY and attended Midway College where she graduated with a degree in Equine Science and Management. While in school, she worked at a local humane society as a vet tech. After graduation, Kristen moved to Tennessee to pursue a career in the equine industry. After working for 2 years at a prestigious equine barn, she realized that she missed working with and helping small animals. She started working for SCVH April 2018 and couldn't be happier.

Kristen was married in July 2018 to her husband Travis and they have a son Eli who is an animal lover as well.  Kristen and her family have a dog Skylar and a cat Watson.  Kristen's hobbies include horseback riding, fostering dogs for a local rescue and spending time with her family.
