Office Manager

Sydney has been passionate about veterinary care since her very first job as a receptionist almost a decade ago. Over the years, she’s worked in a range of veterinary practices—including general, emergency, and specialty clinics—gaining valuable experience and a deep appreciation for every aspect of the field. Her background gives her a unique ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting both clients and her team with empathy and efficiency.

Animals have always been a big part of Sydney’s life—at home, she and her husband share their hearts and home with three quirky cats (Bing, Mac, and Waldo) and a lovable rescue Chihuahua named Tuna. Her own experiences as a pet parent help her connect with clients on a personal level and reinforce her commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized environment for both clients and staff and loves being part of a team that’s dedicated to compassionate, high-quality animal care.


Starr

Lead Veterinary Technician

Starr serves as the Head Veterinary Technician at Savannah’s Crossing, bringing a combined five years of experience in the veterinary field—two years in emergency medicine and three years in general practice. She leads the talented team of technicians, assisting in surgeries, monitoring anesthesia, delivering hands-on patient care, and supporting veterinarians to ensure every pet receives the highest quality treatment. Her goal is to create a calm, compassionate experience for both pets and their families while maintaining an efficient and supportive clinic environment.

Outside of work, Starr enjoys hiking and traveling with her two dogs, Waylon and Cooper, and spending quality time with her fiancé, Zack. She also loves painting and hanging out with her nieces and nephews whenever she can.


Tori

Veterinary Technician

An animal lover with a passion for the outdoors, Tori has been working in veterinary medicine since graduating high school and has been a veterinary assistant since 2022. She shares her life with two lovable pit bull/lab mixes and enjoys hiking, swimming, and practicing archery in her free time. Caring for animals—both at work and at home—is not just what she does, it’s who she is.


Taylor

Veterinary Technician

With a deep-rooted passion for animal care and a background in both human and veterinary medicine, Taylor brings a unique blend of compassion, skill, and energy to her role as a Veterinary Technician at Savannah’s Crossing. After serving as the clinic’s receptionist, Taylor transitioned into veterinary tech work to be more hands-on with the animals she loves.

Taylor is a proud mom of two spirited boys and an even wilder crew of pets, including a mini Australian Shepherd, a cat, several spiders, rats, and snakes. Whether she’s hiking the trails or painting at home, her life is filled with creativity, movement, and heart. She’s known around the clinic for showering every patient with affection and calling every animal “beautiful”—because she genuinely believes they all are.

Taylor's shift from human healthcare to animal care is a testament to her dedication to following her passion. You’ll find her on the floor with your pets, whispering kind words, and making sure they feel safe and loved every step of the way.


Olivia

Veterinary Technician

Olivia is currently pursuing her education to become a Registered Veterinary Technician, with a strong interest in specializing in cardiology or oncology. Driven by a deep compassion for animals and a commitment to advancing their care, she brings dedication and curiosity to every learning opportunity.

Outside of her studies, Olivia is a proud dog mom to two beloved canine companions who inspire her every day. Her dream is to one day welcome a teacup Chihuahua into her family, reflecting her lifelong love for animals of all sizes.

Olivia is excited to grow within the veterinary field and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and the people who love them.

She may hand out a little too much Cheez Whiz during appointments—but hey, everyone has a love language.


AnnaBelle

Certified Veterinary Technician

Certified as a veterinary technician since 2018, AnnaBelle brings a deep passion for animal care to every aspect of her work. A proud Murfreesboro, TN native, she shares her home with 13 rescue cats, 3 beloved dogs, her wonderful child, and her husband—creating a household full of love and lively energy.

Outside the clinic, AnnaBelle enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. Her dedication to animals extends far beyond the workplace, and she treats every pet with the same compassion and care she gives her own.


Dawn

Veterinary Client Service Representative

Originally from Louisiana, Dawn brings a decade of experience as a firefighter and first responder into the world of veterinary medicine—where her compassion, calm demeanor, and dedication continue to shine. She finds joy in every part of the clinic experience, from scheduling appointments to greeting patients with a gentle touch. Jack Russells have a special place in her heart, but every cat and dog that walks through the door is a welcome visitor.

Known for being passionate, friendly, and dependable, Dawn is a trusted presence on any team. Her transition from human emergency response to animal care reflects her lifelong commitment to helping others—both two- and four-legged.

Outside of work, Dawn’s world revolves around her loving family, which includes her husband, six kids, five grandkids, two dogs, and two grand-dogs. She also enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts during her downtime.


Angelica

Veterinary Client Service Representative

A Middle Tennessee native with over 10 years of experience in veterinary care, Angelica is known for her warm approach and dedication to both pets and their people. When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys time with her two dogs and her loving husband.


Laura

Veterinary Student | Special Interests: Cardiology & Internal Medicine

Laura is a third-year veterinary student at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in Animal Science and General Science. With over four years of hands-on experience in the veterinary field, Laura is passionate about continuing to learn and grow as a future veterinarian. She is especially interested in cardiology and internal medicine and is considering pursuing a specialization in one of these areas in the future.

During school breaks, Laura can be found working in clinical settings to further develop her expertise. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and her beloved dog Minnie.
